ELLEN ROSE:
“You have enough cookbooks to start a library,” 12 year-old Molly Rose-Kuperman said to her mother. That’s how it all began.
Ellen, a Dallas native- and wonderful Southern cook- decided her daughter was right and in 1989 opened The Cook's Library. Formerly, a successful producer of commercial television for nearly sixteen years, Ellen combined those skills with business classes and followed her passion for entertaining, cooking and cookbooks.
Over the years she has filled the shelves with close to 8000 titles from all over the world. A true labor of love for 18 years.
